Low-volume, high-mix electronics manufacturing
From prototype builds to repeat production: SMT assembly, testing and box build in Zhuhai, China — plus in-house electronics engineering when you don’t have your own team.
01 / Who we work with
Many SMT factories avoid low-volume, high-mix orders because frequent line changeovers slow them down. We accept them — and we can also provide the electronics engineering that small product teams often lack.
Early orders are small, but you still need a reliable production partner who will grow with you.
Strong in mechanical design or product development, but no in-house electronics department.
Specialist or customised products where volumes rarely justify a dedicated production line.
Where local suppliers are unavailable, immature or too expensive for your volumes.
02 / Services
Use one service or combine them. Whether you supply the parts or need sourcing support, we connect board assembly, testing and final assembly.

03 / Quality & testing
Test requirements differ from board to board, so we agree the scope with you before production starts.

05 / Working together
Send production files, or describe the product and the support you need.
We assess materials, assembly, testing and delivery needs, then prepare a quotation.
Once agreed, samples are built for your evaluation before production.
Assembly, agreed testing, packaging and export shipment — and repeat orders when you need them.
Yes. There is generally no fixed minimum order quantity. We support prototype builds, small batches, medium-volume production and repeat orders. Pricing depends on quantity and the complexity of each project.
Gerber files, a bill of materials (BOM) with manufacturer part numbers, a pick-and-place file, assembly drawings, the order quantity and any programming or test requirements. If you are at an earlier stage, describe the product and the support you need.
Yes. We can work with customer-supplied (consigned) materials, source selected components, or handle full turnkey procurement.
For PCBA projects using readily available components, procurement and production typically take around 15–20 days. The schedule is confirmed for each project. Development, tooling, special materials and final assembly may need additional time. Urgent requirements can be assessed.
Yes. We communicate in English, can sign an NDA, and arrange export packaging, international shipping and customs clearance assistance.
* Typical lead time for PCBA using readily available components, counted from confirmed files and materials. Each project schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
